Meet Our Care Leader
Alka Rani, RN
Alka Rani is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 23 years of professional nursing experience across intensive care, hospice and palliative care, skilled nursing, and home health services. She brings extensive expertise in clinical leadership, case management, triage nursing, and patient-centered care.
Currently serving as Administrator and Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) at Kattleya Hospice and Palliative Care, she oversees clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of compassionate care.
Throughout her career, Alka has worked in ICU settings, hospice organizations, and specialized care facilities, supporting patients and families through critical and end-of-life care with professionalism and empathy.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing. Her certifications include ACLS, BLS, PALS, Basic Dysrhythmia, and Critical Care.
